Job summary

Alira Health seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead clinical study execution, coordinating with sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams. You will ensure studies adhere to ICH GCP, FDA regulations, and approved budgets, while driving timelines and deliverables.

You will supervise a Clinical team, manage TMF aspects, and communicate progress in sponsor meetings, audits, and internal reviews. Strong English communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in life sciences or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech/CRO with clinical PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical studies ensuring scope, budget, ICH GCP, and FDA compliance.
• Serve as study lead and primary sponsor contact.
• Oversee operations like IWRS/IXRS, data management, biostatistics, pharmacovigilance, central lab.
• Provide monthly status updates and sponsor reports.
• Supervise Clinical team members and CPMs; provide guidance.
