Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinical quality under the Director of Operations and the National Service Center.
• Independently supervise the clinical operations of a complex employee assistance program with ethical confidentiality.
• Provide intake, assessment, referral, and short-term counseling for employees and family members; maintain confidential records.
• Recruit and hire staff; provide clinical supervision and performance management of EAP specialists.
• Develop and implement quality improvement programs; report metrics and collaborate on program research.
