Job summary

IU Health is seeking a Team Lead for the Employee Assistance Program in Indianapolis to provide clinical and operational leadership within the EAP team, partnering with the Director to monitor and evaluate program quality and fidelity to standard work. This role coordinates planning and delivery of EAP services across client contracts, oversees training, and delivers external presentations on EAP services.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a relevant field.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in the employee assistance field and core EAP services.
• Current Indiana license to practice clinical counseling (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC).
• CEAP credential required within 6 months of hire.
• Knowledge of psychosocial assessments, short-term therapy, and crisis intervention.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with process improvement and change management preferred.
• Ability to develop content and present to large audiences.
• Current certification in Critical Incident Stress Response, short-term solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director to monitor and evaluate EAP program quality and impact.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate services and programs for client contracts.
• Oversee training, implementation, and fidelity to standard work with team members and stakeholders.
• Provide training to external audiences on EAP services and topics.
• Identify training and program needs to meet client requirements.
• Serve as a primary contact for leader and HR consultation on employee concerns.
• Maintain a partial clinical caseload with psychosocial assessments, brief therapy, and crisis intervention.
