Job summary

Simple Solutions Psychotherapy seeks a Program Manager, Clinical Services to lead the outpatient behavioral health department. This role supervises Licensed Supervisors, Associate Therapists, practicum students, and staff, ensuring high-quality care, staff productivity, and referral growth.

The position collaborates with executives to scale services while maintaining regulatory compliance and excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a related field is required.
Current California clinical licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or Psychologist) required.
Minimum five years of clinical behavioral health experience.
Minimum three years of supervisory/leadership experience.
Experience with outpatient behavioral health, private practice, or managed care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive clinical operations and achieve census growth across service lines.
Maintain therapist productivity and billable targets.
Monitor engagement, attendance, and treatment retention; ensure caseload targets.
Ensure documentation compliance and supervision records; HIPAA and payer requirements.
Develop partnerships to expand referrals and community visibility; supervise and train clinical staff.
Lead program expansion, new clinical services, and evidence-based practices; drive process improvements.
Provide leadership, succession planning, and workforce development for clinical staff.
