Qualifications

Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD/PharmD/MD) supporting a career in quantitative pharmacology.
Substantial experience in human clinical pharmacology, modelling & simulation and model-informed drug development.
Hands‑on experience applying PK, PK/PD or exposure‑response models to development questions.
Practical experience with NONMEM or Monolix and R.
Experience influencing dose selection and cross‑functional planning.
Regulatory interactions or submission document experience.

Responsibilities

Act as the Clinical Pharmacology, Modeling and Simulation lead for assigned assets.
Apply PK/PD and modelling principles to support development, risk management, and lifecycle planning.
Characterise exposure–response relationships and dosing recommendations for relevant populations.
Develop population PK/PK‑PD models and run simulations to inform trial design.
Present model‑based evidence to governance boards and regulatory agencies.
Collaborate with clinicians, statisticians and other matrix partners; stay hands‑on with analyses.
