Job summary

Genmab seeks an Associate Director, Clinical Pharmacology Data Programming Specialist to lead data programming and QC for clinical pharmacology analyses across development programs. The role blends hands-on programming with project coordination, delivering analysis datasets and outputs for PK, exposure‑response, PK/PD and related studies.

The position requires 3+ years with advanced degree or 5+ years with bachelor’s in a quantitative field, strong R/SAS skills, and experience with SDTM/ADaM.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in R and/or SAS with regulatory deliverables experience.
• Experience integrating complex clinical datasets across studies (SDTM/ADaM).
• Background in population PK, PK/PD, exposure‑response analyses preferred.
• Familiarity with validation, traceability, and reproducibility in analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support programming and QC of analysis datasets and outputs.
• Develop and QC pharmacometrics datasets and analyses for regulatory needs.
• Coordinate programming activities across development programs.
• Provide data-driven analyses for health‑authority requests and submissions.
• Develop reusable workflows and automation to improve efficiency.
