Job summary

Genmab seeks a Programming Manager, Clinical Programming, to lead SDTM standardization and data workstreams for global studies. You will guide data structures, ensure regulatory readiness, and coordinate with IT and Digital Solutions on future initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences; master’s preferred.
• Experience in a global context.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• 3–5 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with the SAS software package.

Responsibilities

• Implements and assists on developing SDTM standards for studies, ensuring quality and CDISC compliance.
• Aligns SDTM with data collection standards and study tools, providing SDTM mapping guidance.
• Ensures SDTM datasets meet regulatory submission requirements and quality checks.
• Creates quality control processes, metrics and compliance measures.
• Supports SOPs and global practices; collaborates with IT on future strategies.
• Guides GenSense dashboards by advising on data structure and content.
• Produces in-house checks of data consistency and promotes knowledge sharing.
• Participates in cross-functional collaboration and ongoing process improvements.
