Genmab is seeking a Programming Manager, Clinical Programming in the US to lead study programming and SDTM deliverables. You will mentor teams, ensure quality and regulatory alignment, and collaborate across global functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences (or related).
• Master’s degree preferred in Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences.
• Experience working in a global context; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Implements and assists in developing SDTM standards to support study data exchange, reporting and analysis.
• Aligns SDTM with data collection standards and study eCRFs.
• Ensures SDTM datasets comply with CDISC and regulatory requirements.
• Creates quality control processes and metrics to ensure standards compliance.
• Supports SOPs, processes, and templates across the organization.
• Collaborates with Digital Solutions and IT to implement future strategies and tools.
• Contributes to GenSenseDashboards by guiding data structures and contents.
