Job summary

Sibley Memorial Hospital, a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine, seeks a Clinical Pharmacist IB to deliver comprehensive clinical pharmacy services and support patient care teams in a full-time capacity. The role emphasizes medication order reviews, therapeutic assessment, and clinical collaboration with providers and nurses.

Qualified candidates will hold a Pharm D or BS in Pharmacy with licensure in the applicable state; PGY training is valued.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy resulting in Pharm D. or BS degree.
• License to practice Pharmacy in the applicable state/jurisdiction.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS may be required based on practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex clinical pharmacy services and conduct comprehensive medication order review.
• Provide therapeutic assessment and clinical support to patient care teams.
• Support onboarding and training of pharmacy technicians, learners, and pharmacists.
