Sibley Memorial Hospital, a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine, seeks a Clinical Pharmacist IB to deliver comprehensive clinical pharmacy services and support patient care teams in a full-time capacity. The role emphasizes medication order reviews, therapeutic assessment, and clinical collaboration with providers and nurses.

Qualified candidates will hold a Pharm D or BS in Pharmacy with licensure in the applicable state; PGY training is valued.

• BLS/ACLS/PALS may be required based on practice setting.

Job Summary: Clinical Pharmacist IB delivers complex clinical pharmacy services, providing comprehensive medication order review, therapeutic assessment, and clinical support to patient care teams. Demonstrates deeper clinical expertise, manages more complex medication-related issues, and ensures compliance with formulary and drug-use policies. Serves as a key clinical resource for providers and nurses and contributes to quality improvement and practice advancement initiatives. Provides support for onboarding and training of pharmacy technicians, pharmacy learners, and pharmacists.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• • Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy resulting in Pharm D. or BS degree.
• • 1 year of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist IA required.
• • Completion of an ASHP accredited Post-Graduate Year 1 Pharmacy Residency is equivalent to 3 years ofpractice experience; completion of an ASHP accredited Post-Graduate Year 2 Pharmacy Residency isequivalent to an additional 3 years of practice experience (6 years of experience total for PGY1 and PGY2training)
• • Pharmacist license in applicable state/jurisdiction. BLS, ACLS and/or PALS may be required based on practice setting.

Shift: Full-Time (40 hours per week), Rotating Shifts. Weekend and holiday work is also necessary.

Salary Range: Minimum $57.42/hour - Maximum $94.70/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
