Job summary

BD is seeking a Manager, Clinical Operations (Specimen Management) to lead a team of Clinical Project Managers across global multicenter studies, from protocol development through closeout, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory standards.

You will mentor PMs, manage budgets and timelines, optimize resources, and collaborate with CROs and sites while traveling up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 7+ years of clinical study experience with global, multicenter studies.
• Hands-on TMF management and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Clinical Project Managers to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee start-up documents and trial master file activities for multiple studies.
• Allocate study management resources and optimize efficiency.
• Mentor teams, drive continuous improvement, and manage risk.
• Collaborate with sites, CROs, and internal stakeholders on study execution.
