Job summary

BD in the United States is seeking a Manager, Clinical Operations (Specimen Management) to lead a team of Clinical Project Managers across multiple high‑complexity studies. You will ensure study timelines, quality, and regulatory compliance from protocol through closeout, while mentoring staff and collaborating with sites, CROs and internal partners.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to travel up to 30% to support studies globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• 7+ years clinical study experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• TMF management experience and regulatory knowledge.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Clinical Project Managers.
• Ensure study timelines, quality, and deliverables.
• Oversee study documents and ensure compliance (ICH‑GCP).
• Allocate study management resources efficiently.
• Drive continuous improvement and CAPA actions.
• Collaborate with sites, vendors, and CROs.
• Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
