Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years in clinical studies across pharma/medical device/CRO.
• Experience leading cross-functional clinical teams from initiation to closeout.
• TMF knowledge and regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP) essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Clinical Project Managers and Senior CPMs.
• Oversee study start-up, protocols, and essential documents for quality and timeliness.
• Optimize resource allocation and manage study budgets and timelines.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with sites, CROs, and internal partners.
