Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline and 7+ years of clinical research experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and global clinical trial regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead clinical trial operations and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience with risk-based quality management and vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the operational execution of Phase I-IV clinical trials.
• Serve as Lead Clinical Trial Manager for assigned studies with timelines and deliverables.
• Develop study documents, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Oversee CROs and service providers; monitor performance and metrics.
• Ensure study documentation is inspection-ready and audit-ready.
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior Clinical Operations staff.
