Job summary

PTC Therapeutics, Inc is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations to lead operational planning, execution, and oversight of clinical trials across development programs. You will ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, SOPs, budgets, and timelines while guiding junior staff and cross-functional teams.

The role requires expertise in trial management, vendor oversight, and risk mitigation, with a focus on rare disease programs, and may involve hybrid work arrangements in the U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with 7+ years of global clinical research experience.
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and global trial regulations.
Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and people-management abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead or support execution of Phase I–IV clinical trials and study timelines.
Oversee CROs and service providers to ensure quality and timeliness.
Collaborate with Clinical Development, Data Management, Biostatistics, Regulatory Affairs, and QA.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs; support inspection readiness.
