Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks Consultants and Senior Consultants with expertise in content management and clinical trials to translate customer needs into effective solution designs within the Professional Services team.

You will lead configuration and implementation of eTMF, CTMS, and related modules, deliver training, and support validation activities, with travel as required. Senior roles include mentoring project teams and guiding design decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical trials with understanding of compliance considerations
• Implementation experience on at least one of: eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, Study Training, Study Startup, Payments
• Understanding of life sciences content management principles
• Understanding of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel as required
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Legal authorization to work in the EU/UK; no visa sponsorship expected

Responsibilities

• Lead life science customers in the rapid configuration and implementation of eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, Study Training, Study Startup, and Payments solutions
• Participate in workshops to discuss requirements with customers
• Guide customers toward best design decisions
• Document design decisions
• Monitor Veeva Vault configuration to align with the design
• Support customers in validation activities and write validation documentation
• Deliver onsite or remote training
• Submit product enhancement requests based on project experience
• Ensure customer success from start to finish of engagement
