La Clínica de La Raza is seeking a Lead Clinical Office Assistant to deliver a great patient experience and support a patient-centered care team. You will be the first face and contact, ensure smooth registration, insurance verification, and payment collection in a fast-paced clinic.

Required bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication, confidentiality, and data entry skills. Experience in clinical or medical office settings preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in a clinical or professional office setting preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Mansioni

• Welcome patients and visitors, register patients in the system.
• Verify program eligibility for government insurance plans.
• Collect payments, operate cashier, and maintain till accuracy.
• Address patient issues or escalate to supervisors as needed.
• Schedule and manage appointments with care teams.
• Ensure accurate insurance coverage for visits with Registration.
