The role emphasizes leadership, teaching, and process improvement. Minimum 3 years of experience is required; BSN is preferred. A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is offered and pay is determined by qualifications and unit rates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• BSN preferred.
• Certification required within 1 year of hire/transfer unless master's in nursing or DNP is held.

Responsibilities
