Qualifications

• 6+ months nursing experience required.
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 25-bed unit with observation and extended recovery patients.
• Apply nursing process to develop goals and plans of care.
• Educate patients and families and support transition to home or another care level.
• Participate in quality improvement and ensure patient safety.
