Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of RN experience.
• BSN preferred; Master's in nursing or DNP may substitute for certification.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state and CPR per AHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities for clinical quality and workplace improvement.
• Serves as a unit leader in clinical expertise, teaching, or evidence-based practice.
• Precepts students, graduate nurses, and new hires.
• Applies the nursing process within Relationship Based Care to plan and communicate care.
• Builds and maintains relationships to support a healthy workplace and shared governance.
