Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in peri-anesthesia, surgery/procedural center, ICU or ER preferred.
• BSN preferred; master's degree can substitute for certification.
• Current Pennsylvania RN licensure and required certifications (ACLS, BLS/CPR, PALS).
• Ability to work in a complex environment with strong clinical judgment and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in peri-operative settings.
• Prepare the operating room with sterile instruments, equipment and supplies.
• Create a caring, compassionate experience for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
• Demonstrate strong communication to articulate changes in patient condition and contribute to care plans.
• Maintain unit readiness through stocking, organizing and cleaning care areas.
