CommUnityCare Health Centers seeks an Associate Chief Health Officer to lead clinical quality, performance and disease management across our service lines in Texas.

In collaboration with the Chief Health Officer, the ACHO will drive patient safety, care standards, and innovative, team-based care, advancing health equity for our diverse communities. This role combines direct patient care with executive responsibilities, requiring medical licensure and strong leadership experience.

Competenze

• MD/DO or APRN/PA with valid Texas licensure and leadership credentials.
• Experience leading clinical quality improvement and population health initiatives.
• Track record of collaborating with senior leadership to set clinical standards.
