Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in a medical or surgical specialty.
• 5+ years of medical management experience as a CMO/CQO or VP Medical Affairs.
• Experience with quality, patient safety and performance improvement programs.
• Familiarity with clinical informatics and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality and patient safety strategy across the entity to improve outcomes.
• Oversee credentialing, privileging and reapplication activities for medical staff.
• Coordinate with system leaders on clinical information technology and data analytics.
• Develop and monitor physician performance measures and clinical pathways.
