The Pennant Group is seeking a Clinical Market Leader at Pinnacle Service Center to guide community leadership teams across Arizona, mentoring Wellness Leaders and strengthening clinical excellence. This role emphasizes coaching, regulatory compliance, and accountability to improve resident care and market performance.
You will collaborate with Executive Directors to develop leaders, drive market initiatives, and ensure survey readiness across communities, traveling up to 60% of the time within
Formación
- Nurse licensed in good standing (RN).
- CPR certification required.
- Minimum 5 years in senior living or equivalent leadership role.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
- Willingness to travel across Arizona at least 60% of the time.
- Demonstrated regulatory knowledge and commitment to compliance.
Responsabilidades
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in strategic planning and market initiatives from clinical and leadership perspectives.
- Mentor and develop Wellness Leaders; grow leadership talent pipeline.
- Lead on-site support during state surveys and prepare Plans of Correction when needed.
- Drive market initiatives and collaborate with Executive Directors to improve performance.
