Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Lead Clinical Laboratory Scientist in Fort Bragg, CA. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, biological sciences, chemical sciences or allied health technologies or equivalent required.
• Five years' clinical laboratory experience preferred.
• Two years' leadership experience preferred.
• Valid CLS license in CA required; ASCP/NCA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all laboratory testing and coordinates all point of care testing (POCT).
• Reviews and evaluates the validity and accuracy of test results.
• Functions as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist when needed.
• Identifies education and competency needs and conducts training programs.
• Oversees quality control and ensures regulatory compliance (CLIA, FDA, CAP, JC, AABB, OSHA).
• Manages staffing to ensure adequate coverage.
