Qualifications

Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
State of Florida Laboratory Personnel license (TC/TN) required.
2 years with Bachelor’s degree; 4 years with Associate degree.
Excellent English communication and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

Oversee quality assessment, oversight, scheduling, staff input, and competency evaluations.
Assist with SOPs and document control; ensure CLIA compliance.
Read and interpret complex test results; act as a resource for tests/procedures.
Maintain instrument maintenance and troubleshooting practices.
Lead quality control and participate in PI projects; training of new staff.
