Based in King of Prussia, PA, the role focuses on bridging clinical workflows with IT capabilities to enhance patient care and safety. The position requires strong clinical informatics knowledge, experience with Cerner Millennium, and leadership of cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years in related field.
• Minimum 4 years in healthcare environment; 6+ years with clinical information systems; 4 years Cerner Millennium experience.
• Strong interaction with executives, clinicians and IT; project leadership.
• PM or IT certifications preferred; experience with change management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems development projects, governance and timelines.
• Identify and develop solutions for clinical operational needs.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams.
• Serve as IT Clinical management liaison to stakeholders.
• Oversee standardization of clinical system content across facilities.
• Promote clinical design strategies to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Provide end-user education and training on new systems and features.
