Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Corporate is seeking an Informatics professional to optimize the EHR for efficient use and regulatory compliance. You will work with PMO, Epic teams, and clinical integration to drive quality initiatives and reporting enhancements.

Responsibilities include training through project lifecycles and partnering with BI to design data sources. A Bachelor’s degree is required; Epic certification within 90 days is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required in a related field.
• Master’s degree in Clinical Informatics is preferred.
• 4 years of progressively responsible professional work experience in Informatics, Application build & support, or related field is required.
• RN licensure or NLC/eNCL multistate licensure preferred; Epic certification within 90 days required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the EHR to support usage, quality initiatives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with PMO, Epic Application Teams, Quality & Safety, and clinical integration to drive process improvements.
• Assist with training and education from project inception to rollout.
• Work with Business Intelligence to design and validate data sources for reporting and compliance.
