Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an Informatics professional to lead EHR optimization and support quality initiatives across the system.

You will work with the PMO, Epic Application Teams, Quality & Safety, and clinical integration to enhance workflows and documentation. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, Epic certification within 90 days, and 4+ years in informatics or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Clinical Healthcare, Computer Technology or Science, or related field (Required)
• Master's degree in Clinical Informatics (Preferred)
• 4 years of professional Informatics/Applications build & support experience (Required)
• Analytical and reporting skills using Excel, SQL, Tableau (Required)

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the EHR to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with PMO, Epic Teams, Quality & Safety, and clinical integration to drive improvements.
• Train and educate stakeholders during project rollout.
• Design data sources with BI to support reporting on usage, quality, and regulatory metrics.
