Piedmont Healthcare Corporate is seeking an Informatics professional to develop and optimize the EHR for efficient usage, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with PMO, Epic Application Teams, Quality & Safety, and clinical integration to improve workflows and documentation.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, 4 years of informatics experience, and Epic certification within 90 days. Master’s preferred; RN licensure in Georgia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and optimizes the electronic health record (EHR) for efficient usage, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborates with PMO, Epic Application Teams, Quality & Safety, clinical integration, and other stakeholders to improve clinical workflow and documentation.
• Assists with training and education; serves as a subject matter expert on assigned projects.
• Works with Business Intelligence to design and validate data sources supporting reporting needs for efficiency and government regulations.
• Supports the CHIO office and acts as liaison between IS and operations; assists with core measures reporting.
