• Master's degree in Health Services Research, Public Health, or related field.
• 3 years of experience supporting the federal health systems.
• Experience conducting health services research, program evaluation, assessment, and strategic analysis.
• Experience synthesizing scientific evidence and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting complex healthcare initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a senior subject matter expert responsible for assessing healthcare programs, evaluating implementation outcomes, synthesizing scientific evidence, and providing strategic recommendations that improve healthcare delivery, readiness, and patient outcomes.
• Collaborates closely with government stakeholders, clinicians, researchers, and multidisciplinary project teams to support consultation projects and enterprise implementation science initiatives.
• Serves as a key subject matter expert supporting organizational growth, solution development, and future health program opportunities.
