Job summary

Accenture Federal Services in Washington, DC seeks an experienced IT architect to lead the development of innovative solutions for Military Health System bids. You will shape the technical strategy, translate requirements into written responses, and ensure alignment with federal contracts.

You will collaborate with solution and enterprise architects, craft diagrams, and deliver persuasive narratives that differentiate our approach in competitive evaluations while scaling for government

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and delivering IT solutions with measurable outcomes.
• At least 3 years leading architectural strategy for complex bids in Military Health.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, shown in winning proposals and exec briefings.
• Broad knowledge across Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, AI/GenAI, DevSecOps and Infrastructure & Applications O&M.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and technical narrative for RFI/RFP responses.
• Coordinate with Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects and SMEs to build unified enterprise solutions.
• Integrate Accenture assets into the proposed Military Health solution architecture.
• Provide fact-based evidence to differentiate our technical approach from competitors.
• Translate business needs, functional requirements, and technical concepts into clear written responses.
• Design and render architectural diagrams to communicate the solution to evaluators.
• Shape the overall technical strategy for large engagements.
