Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Program Manager to serve as the central point of contact for Federal Civilian Health, providing comprehensive oversight and strategic guidance across the contract. You will manage projects, staff, schedules, budgets, and communications, driving analyses and recommendations to improve program performance.

Regular engagement with stakeholders includes status meetings and quarterly client presentations.

Qualifications

• Must hold at least one of the following certifications: PMI PgMP, PMI PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe SPC.
• Proven experience successfully managing a contract of similar scope and complexity for Federal Civilian Health.
• Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with Federal Civilian Health for all program-wide issues.
• Oversee issue resolution and ensure effective program management across contract activities.
• Provide comprehensive account support and authority to act on behalf of the Contractor for all task orders.
• Conduct systematic analyses and deliver recommendations to Federal Civilian Health on program strategies and enhancements.
• Manage and staff projects, establish schedules, and report status and issues.
• Develop, submit, and secure approval for project budgets.
• Lead regular status meetings with client management and stakeholders; review plans, deliverables, and issues.
• Schedule and deliver quarterly presentations to the Federal Civilian Health client.
