Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Senior Clinical Consultant, MI – I to mentor Clinical Consultants and lead MI Synapse projects across the United States. You will advise on workflow analysis, CV report configuration, end-to-end testing, and go-live support for Synapse PACS/MI deployments, both onsite and remotely.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in medical technology or PACS, clinical imaging experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive experience in medical technology, PACS Administration or healthcare industry.
• 2 years' experience with FUJIFILM Medical System products (SYNAPSE, PACS, RIS, CV, etc.).
• Registered imaging/cardiac tech preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project consulting for customers and company personnel.
• Coordinate training events with HCUS and customer sites.
• Provide feedback to multiple teams on equipment issues and customer concerns.
• Perform workflow analysis, validation, testing, and go-live support for Synapse PACS/MI projects.
• Mentor junior Clinical Consultants MI-I and II.
• Maintain compliance with quality management and regulatory requirements.
