Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Senior Clinical Consultant, MI - I to mentor Clinical Consultants and lead MI Synapse projects. You will train physicians, technologists, and IT staff onsite or remotely, perform workflow analysis, end-to-end testing, and provide go-live support.

You will escalate technical issues, support sales, and contribute to professional services revenue through advanced clinical expertise and system optimization. Travel up to 75% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in medical technology, PACS or healthcare; cardiology/radiology preferred.
• 2 years' experience with FUJIFILM Synapse/PACS/RIS/CV platforms.
• CV/RDCS/RVT registrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project lead consultant for customers and company personnel.
• Coordinate training events with HCUS and customer sites.
• Provide feedback to multiple teams on equipment issues and concerns.
• Assess customer comprehension to tailor on-site training and product operation.
• Provide ongoing support for image quality and application issues.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure proper operation of Fujifilm products.
• Create and maintain training documentation and deliver additional paid training.
• Support sales and field service in strategic accounts and product demonstrations.
