Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our Detox and Residential treatment facility. You will support the Clinical Director and oversee the daily operations of the clinical program to ensure high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree, current LPC/LCSW/LSATP licensure, and at least 3 years of experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosis clients, with strong organizational and communication skills and a recovery-focused

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in related field preferred.
• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure to practice in this state: LPC, LCSW, LSATP

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
• Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment
