Job summary

Tasks Unlimited is seeking an IRTS Treatment Director to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and program quality oversight. You will ensure services are medically necessary, well documented, and compliant with licensing standards, while guiding staff training and clinical supervision across the program.

You will collaborate with DHS, county agencies, and state regulators, with on-site work during regular business hours and occasional scheduling flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Professional licenses in one or more behavioral health fields as defined by Minnesota statutes.
• Post-master's supervised experience in mental health treatment is required.
• Experience delivering services to adults with mental illness is essential.
• Knowledge of licensing and regulatory requirements for IRTS settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to IRTS staff and ensure program quality.
• Oversee treatment planning, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Review assessments and plans for accuracy and timeliness.
• Participate in staff meetings, admissions, and clinical decisions.
• Develop staff training and evaluation materials.
