Job summary

Radias Health in Minnesota is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner for Residential & Crisis Programs. You will work on IRTS and crisis services, providing direct care to residents in community-based settings and supporting treatment plans.

The role operates onsite at IRTS facilities across Maplewood, Bloomington, and Minneapolis locations, with shifts including evenings and overnights. A 2,000-hour supervised experience and a behavioral science degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral science or related field and 2,000 hours of supervised experience.
• Ability to transport clients in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to residents.
• Ensure security of the facility and supervise residents.
• Complete all paperwork, reports, and charting contemporaneously.
• Co-facilitate or facilitate psychoeducational groups.
• Administer medications under supervision after required testing.
• Assist therapists in developing treatment plans.
