Job summary

Alto Neuroscience is seeking an experienced Clinical Development Program Lead to oversee one of our advanced clinical programs, spanning from Phase 1 to Phase 3 trials and regulatory submissions.

You will lead design, execution, and regulatory readiness, partnering with clinical operations, data science, and commercial teams to drive patient-focused development in precision psychiatry.

Qualifications

• MD, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree.
• 5+ years in clinical development with Phase 1-3 execution.
• Proven track record in psychiatry or related indications.
• Involvement with FDA/EMA meetings supporting clinical development.
• Deep knowledge of GCP and regulatory expectations for pivotal programs.
• Ability to synthesize clinical and operational perspectives into decisive program leadership.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical development program through NDA submission.
• Plan, design, and execute trials with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure data integrity, safety, and regulatory readiness.
• Oversee external vendors and partners.
• Engage with health authorities and manage regulatory submissions.
• Mentor team and foster accountability and collaboration.
