Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health care or other scientific discipline.
• Requires 5 years clinical research/monitoring experience.
• Requires basic knowledge of Project management practices and terminology.
• Requires good knowledge of regulatory requirements (GCP/ICH).

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with regulatory and contract requirements.
• Meet recruitment targets and implement recruitment strategies.
• Contribute to risk mitigation plans and manage clinical risks.
• Ensure quality delivery by defining standards and monitoring issues.
• Manage project finances, including Estimate at Completion and scope changes.
• Identify and manage internal and external clinical stakeholders and communicate effectively.
