Job summary

IQVIA LLC seeks an experienced FSP Clinical Project Manager in Durham, NC to drive delivery of clinical studies in line with contracts and SOPs. You will develop and own integrated study management plans, lead core project teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution with quality.

The role requires a Life Sciences degree and 5+ years of experience including project management, with strong English communication and regulatory knowledge (ICH GCP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life sciences or related field (Req).
• 5+ years of relevant experience including >1 year project management experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of clinical trials and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP) and applicable local laws.
• Strong communication skills in English; effective presentation abilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project deliverables and timelines.
• Experience managing project finances and contract obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of clinical studies in accordance with contracts, SOPs and practices.
• Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team.
• Own project execution to optimize speed, quality and cost while ensuring training and tools compliance.
• Set objectives for teams and monitor performance with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with functional groups to meet milestones and resolve issues.
• Proactively report project status, risks and change controls to stakeholders.
