Job summary

AbbVie in North Chicago, IL seeks a Sr. Clinical Data Scientist (RBQM Analytics) to lead ML-driven clinical insights. Hybrid role with on-site and remote work options. This role focuses on developing analytical solutions, statistical methods, and cross-functional collaboration to support clinical trials analytics.

The candidate will implement ML models, leverage AI techniques, and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met while identifying business needs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in bioinformatics, data science or statistics with 2 years of data science experience.
• Proficiency in R and Python for data analysis.
• Experience building dashboards with Spotfire, Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to read and interpret clinical protocols for analysis design.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of ML models for clinical insights.
• Apply statistical methods to develop prototypes and algorithms.
• Leverage ML/AI to drive analytical solutions and insights.
• Propose and test advanced techniques with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, ICH, SOPs and quality standards.
• Identify business needs and support KPI and reporting development.
