Job summary

The Clinical Trials Office (CTO) at UW Medicine seeks a Senior Clinical Research Operations Project Manager to lead enterprise-level initiatives across clinical research program operations. Reporting to the CTO Senior Director, you will manage a portfolio of high-priority projects involving multiple units, technologies, and governance structures.

You will translate complex operational needs into clear plans, build alignment across diverse groups, and lead meaningful change to enhance efficiency,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of progressively responsible project management/healthcare operations experience.
• Experience facilitating governance committees and building consensus among stakeholders.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level clinical research operational initiatives from conception through implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate governance groups, steering committees, and executive workgroups; influence without direct authority.
• Develop and track operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance and outcomes.
• Provide consultation and leadership across the clinical research lifecycle and support new systems adoption.
