Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of clinical research experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs or process implementations.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial execution and clinical data management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization, with strong program management and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Clinical Data Management leadership to implement and drive adoption of key Data Review processes across Global Clinical Operations.
• Lead program execution by building and maintaining program plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and communication strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across clinical stakeholders to ensure alignment, momentum and timely delivery.
• Support change management and adoption activities, including governance meetings and leadership updates.
• Monitor program progress and risks, and develop executive-ready presentations and implementation materials.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline

8+ years of clinical research experience

Experience leading cross-functional programs or process implementations

Strong understanding of clinical trial execution and clinical data management

Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization, with strong program management and change management skills
