Job summary

Intellectt is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Clinical Data Review in Maple Grove, MN for a contract role. You will drive implementation of data review processes across Global Clinical Operations, leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating stakeholders to ensure successful adaptation.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in clinical research, strong program and change management skills, and excellent executive communication. Onsite work and fast-paced collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of clinical research experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs or process implementations.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial execution and clinical data management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders within a matrixed organization.
• Strong program management and change management skills.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with clinical data review, reporting, and database-related processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Principal Clinical Data Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to implement new data review processes and capabilities.
• Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, risk assessments, dependencies, and communication strategies.
• Coordinate activities across clinical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, alignment, and collaboration.
• Support change management initiatives and process adoption.
• Facilitate governance meetings and prepare leadership updates.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and support issue resolution.
• Develop presentations and implementation materials for leadership.
