Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Clinical Research or related field.
• 8+ years of clinical research experience including clinical data management.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs and timelines.
• Understanding of clinical trial operations, databases, and data reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a matrix environment.
• Experience driving change and executive-level communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and implementation of clinical data review initiatives.
• Partner with Clinical Data Management leadership to implement new processes and tools.
• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, deliverables, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Clinical Operations and Data Management.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, alignment, and program communication.
• Lead change management to support adoption of new processes.
• Facilitate governance meetings and executive updates.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Create executive presentations, progress reports, and training materials.
• Support continuous improvement for data quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure deliverables align with priorities and timelines.
