Job description

US Remote - preference for West Coast based candidates

The Sr Clinical Data Manager, Contractor will be responsible for providing high-quality data management support in a rapidly evolving environment, across multiple Phase 3 studies. This position will perform data reviews, query management, and user acceptance testing (UAT), as needed, across one or more Phase 3 studies. The position reports to the Associate Director, DM or higher.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Perform recurring data reviews and identify data discrepancies for assigned Phase 3 studies.
2. Manage queries, including generation and closeout.
3. Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the clinical database, as needed.
4. Proactively identify potential data or query trends.
5. Adhere to task timelines to coordinate and synchronize deliverables with overall study timelines.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience and a BS or equivalent degree.
• Knowledge and experience in EDC, including understanding of CRF design and edit check specifications development.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication (oral and written) skills.
• Ability to cultivate strong working relationships with colleagues.
• Logical thinking, attention to detail and accuracy, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
