Job summary

MMS Holdings Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Management Leader to drive study design, data collection, and quality across trials. You will guide the data lifecycle from setup to close-out, interfacing with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in data management with leadership experience, strong knowledge of EDC systems, and a commitment to GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in scientific or health care field; industry experience welcomed.
• 5+ years’ experience in data management with at least 1 year leading projects.
• Extensive knowledge of paper CRF study systems, EDC, and hybrid CDM systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert data management from study setup to close-out.
• Lead data management projects with minimal oversight.
• Advise clients on best-fit EDC solutions.
• Coordinate with DM suppliers and clients.
• Develop study documentation (CRFs, designs, validation specs).
• Oversee UAT and data validation, query processing, and QC.
• Mentor junior data managers and train new staff.
• Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH and FDA regulations.
