Job summary

MMS is seeking an experienced Data Manager in the United States to lead end-to-end data management activities for clinical studies. You will coordinate with DM teams and clients to ensure accurate data capture, timely query resolution, and robust database QC.

This role also involves mentoring junior staff and ensuring adherence to GCP/ICH and FDA regulations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data management, with at least 1 year in project leadership, and strong knowledge of EDC systems and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in scientific or health care field preferred with industry or relevant experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in data management field with a minimum of 1 year of experience leading projects.
• Extensive knowledge of paper CRF study systems, EDC, and hybrid CDM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end data management from study set-up to close-out.
• Coordinate data management activities with DM teams and clients.
• Mentor and train junior data managers.
• Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH guidelines and FDA regulations.
• Oversee data validation, query resolution, and database QC audits.
• Prepare study tracking and metric reports.
• Lead data management projects with minimal supervision.
