Job summary

MMS is a data-focused clinical research organization seeking a senior data manager to lead end-to-end data management for complex trials. You will oversee data capture, validation, and database lock while coordinating with suppliers and clients to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in data management, strong knowledge of EDC and CDM systems, and mentoring capabilities. A background in GCP/ICH and FDA guidance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in scientific or health care field.
• 5+ years data management experience with at least 1 year leading projects.
• Extensive knowledge of paper CRF study systems, EDC, and hybrid CDM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert data management from study setup to close-out.
• Coordinate with DM suppliers and clients to align project needs.
• Oversee data management documentation and QC processes (CRF, validation specs).
• Lead SOP updates and DM system enhancements.
• Mentor and train new data managers.
• Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH guidelines and FDA regulations.
